The website insta360-store.ro is operated by H2O SPORTS DISTRIBUTION SRL, authorized Insta360 distributor in Romania.
2. Definitions
- Seller — H2O SPORTS DISTRIBUTION SRL
- Buyer/Client — the natural or legal person placing an order
- Products — cameras, accessories, and services sold on the website
- Order — the electronic document through which the Buyer expresses their intention to purchase
- Contract — the order confirmed by the Seller via confirmation email
3. Object of the Contract
These terms regulate the sale of Insta360 products through the online store insta360-store.ro, in accordance with the current Romanian legislation, especially GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices displayed on the website include VAT (19%).
4.2. Prices are expressed in Lei (RON).
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
4.4. Accepted payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (payment upon delivery).
5. Placing and Confirming the Order
5.1. The order is placed online by adding products to the cart and completing the delivery and payment information.
5.2. By clicking the button "Order with payment obligation", the Buyer assumes the payment obligation according to GEO 34/2014 Art.8(2).
5.3. Order confirmation is sent by email within a maximum of 24 hours.
5.4. The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email.
6. Delivery
6.1. The delivery time is 3-5 working days from order confirmation.
6.2. Delivery cost: free for orders over 500 lei; 25 lei for orders under 500 lei (estimated values — to be confirmed).
6.3. Delivery is made via TODO (to be confirmed — Fan Courier / Sameday / DPD) within Romania.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
7.1. The Buyer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without stating a reason, according to GEO 34/2014 Art.9-15.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer sends an unequivocal statement to service@h2o.ro or completes the Standard Withdrawal Form available on the website.
7.3. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with intact packaging and accessories.
7.4. The Seller reimburses the paid amounts within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned products.
7.5. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.

8. Warranty
8.1. All products benefit from a legal warranty of 2 years according to Law 449/2003.
8.2. The Insta360 commercial warranty (if any) is added to the legal warranty.
8.3. FlexiCare (extended Insta360 warranty) can be purchased separately.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The content of the website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the property of H2O SPORTS DISTRIBUTION SRL and/or Insta360 Inc.
9.2. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
10. Personal Data Protection
10.1. The processing of personal data is done according to GDPR and Law 190/2018.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any disputes will be resolved amicably.
11.2. Consumers can submit complaints to ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection): https://anpc.ro.
11.3. European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11.4. In case the dispute is not resolved amicably, jurisdiction belongs to the Romanian courts.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. Neither party is liable for the non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations due to force majeure situations.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
13.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms. The applicable version is the one at the time of placing the order.
13.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
